nomount時，會進行必要的參數檢查，檢查不通過，nomount會不成功。
而且檢查不通過，相關的錯誤信息僅僅會在sqlplus中輸出，不會再alert里邊輸出。
*.db_recovery_file_dest='/home/oracle/flash'
在os上不存在。
